Fireworks

Our second day is almost done, it's been a long day and now for the real fun. These fireworks your about to see pictures of are all for SPC Tim Clayton. Scott bought so many and since fireworks in Alaska are legal we get some really good ones. While we were in Homer we had stopped to talk to a police officer to find out where the fireworks were going to be done. It seems that even though they are legal in Alaska they are not permitted on the Kenai Penninsula so now we drive. We drove all the way back and once off the penninsula we stopped and this is what happened.

These are the weirdest pictures I thought that I had a water drop on the lens but I could not this look to go away, I could see this as I took the pics. We just figured it was Tim enjoying them with us.

This is a neat picture of Scott and sparklers.

So now day two is finally done, we had so many fireworks it took over two hours to finish them all, and that was with all the kids lighting them off with Scott. What a show. We drove down to Anchorage because it gets dark, well darker and earlier. It worked out perfect. Now to head back to Our motel and rest for our drive back home. We will get up and take the kids to the mall, who am I joking it's not for the kids, it's for my shopoholic Scott.

Finally we are home and preparing to try to get our flight to California, stay tuned for that adventure.
